Ducted Air Conditioning Checks
System Setup
Check your controller is set to the correct mode. Set temperature to 24°C in summer and 20°C in winter. Ensure all desired zones are open and operating.
Return Air Filter
Remove your return air filter and clean it with warm soapy water. Allow it to dry completely before reinstalling. A blocked filter reduces airflow and efficiency.
System Reset
Find the AC switch on your power board and turn it off for 30 minutes, then turn it back on. This can resolve many common issues.
Evaporative Cooling Checks
Controller & Ventilation
Ensure your controller is set to Cool with the water turned on. For effective cooling, open windows and doors 5–10cm to allow cross-ventilation. Evaporative systems work best with airflow through the house.
